Use a Permanent Magnetic Motor(HSPM) with many advantages over traditional induction motors used in waste disposal systems.
The HSPM motor has more torque at start-up than a convertional induction motor, which has no winding phase in the induction motor in it.
Maximum speed is immediately reached at power-on, In addition, the induction motor is rated at 1720 RPM for starting and the HSPM motor is rotated at and above 2500 RPM.
The high speed of the start-up operation is needed because waste disposal can significantly reduce the problem of waste at first. And the benefit of using HSPM is that it weighs less and uses less energy.
